Using NYX

NYX is a gamified tool to help adults reduce nicotine use. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or cure anything. NYX never sells nicotine products.

• You must be 18 or older (or the legal age where you live) to use NYX.
• Your tracking numbers are estimates built from the baseline you enter. Treat money saved and nicotine avoided as approximations, not measurements.
• Don't abuse the service: no reverse engineering, no automated scraping, no attempts to interfere with other players' data.
• We can suspend accounts that break these terms, and we may change or retire features as the app develops.

NYX Pro

Subscription terms

• NYX Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The exact price and currency shown in the app come from the App Store or Google Play for your region.
• Pro removes ads for as long as the subscription stays active, and unlocks Pro-only extras. The free tier keeps your full progress, streaks and badges.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting your NYX account does not cancel billing, so cancel there as well.
• NYX has a free, ad-supported tier, so there is no free trial. NYX Pro bills from the first period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
